NYSE-listed IT services provider, EPAM Systems, is planning to double its headcount in India by 2026 as it plans to set up offices in tier-2 cities in the near term, according to Arkadiy Dobkin, CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board, EPAM Systems. India is one of the key talent markets for the company and accounts for the third largest employee base for the firm. It has grown its headcount 50% over the last two years and the company believes that it expects the country to become its single largest employee base going forward. The company currently has 6,000 employees, 12% of its global workforce based in India. EPAM has a presence across – Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Chennai.
