ICCS, a BPO/BPM service company, plans to hire 7,000 people in the next twelve months. The company currently has delivery centres in eight locations and manages 15 million customer interactions every month with the support of over 6600 executives. The company will hire talent in a variety of areas, including customer support, operations, outbound & inbound support, market research, HR, Finance, Marketing, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Divij Singhal, Founder, and CEO, of ICCS, sharing his views on this announcement, said, “Alongside actively recruiting new talent, we onboard 500 plus callers every month across multiple geographies so that we are able to serve our diverse customer base better.”

ICCS has grown by 25% year over year since 2013. After generating Rs 115 crores in revenue in 2021–2022, it now aims to reach Rs 175 crores by the end of this financial year. Currently, ICCS is growing at a CAGR of 25% and is racing for exponential growth of 30% in the coming times. This will be accompanied by a combination of technological advancements, geographic expansion, and forays into new industry verticals.
