Aarti Kapoor Joins McDonald’s as Director of Global HR Operations & Service Delivery, Based in Hyderabad

McDonald’s has announced the appointment of Aarti Kapoor as Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery. In her new capacity, Kapoor will spearhead the fast-food giant’s global human resources operations from its Hyderabad hub, signalling the company’s deepening commitment to innovation and excellence in workforce management.

A distinguished IIM Indore alumna and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Kapoor brings with her a formidable portfolio of leadership roles across some of the world’s most respected organisations, including Adani Group, PepsiCo, Amazon, and American Express. Her areas of expertise span global service delivery, workforce transformation, policy innovation, and diversity and inclusion leadership.

Speaking on her new role, a McDonald’s spokesperson highlighted the company’s focus on leveraging global talent to elevate its HR capabilities. “She will be leading the company’s global HR operations from Hyderabad, India, bringing with her deep expertise in workforce transformation, service delivery, and HR excellence.”
