Aditi Madhok-Naarden has been appointed Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Tek Travels DMCC, a material subsidiary of TBO Tek, the company announced on Tuesday.
In her new capacity, she will oversee TBO’s global people strategy, shaping workforce priorities and talent development initiatives as the organisation continues its international expansion.
Bringing more than two decades of global HR leadership experience, she has built a diverse career across the technology, financial services, food and beverages, and FMCG sectors. Prior to this appointment, she served as People Partnering Director – Consumer Relationships at Lloyds Banking Group.

Her professional journey includes leadership roles with Tate & Lyle, The Body Shop International, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, IBM and Infosys, spanning assignments across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

She holds an MSc in HR Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
