Akanksha Srivastava has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources, India, at Li & Fung, a leading Hong Kong-based global supply chain and logistics company.
Akanksha expressed her enthusiasm for starting this new journey in her life through a social media post.
This marks her second tenure with Li & Fung, having previously served the company between April 2015 and December 2018. Her return to the organisation reflects both her deep familiarity with its operations and the confidence placed in her leadership.

Akanksha brings with her more than a decade of rich experience in human resources. Before rejoining Li & Fung, she held the position of HR Business Partner – Corporate and Lead – DEI & Engagement at Hilti India. Her professional background also includes key roles at A.P. Moller-Maersk, LF Logistics and Hughes Communications India.
An alumna of Amity University, she holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, equipping her with a strong foundation in both people management and strategic business alignment.
Her appointment signals a strengthened focus on talent development and inclusive workplace culture at Li & Fung’s India division.
