He joined Bajaj Finserv in 2016 and most recently held the role of Chief of Human Resources & Administration at Bajaj Finance, the group’s lending subsidiary. In this capacity, he was credited with driving people-centric transformation, leadership development programmes and culture-building initiatives that supported the company’s rapid expansion.

His career spans prominent organisations, including Centre for Creative Leadership, TMTC, The Alchemist Consulting and Wipro’s Consumer Products and Lighting Division. He began his professional journey in 1990 as a Graduate Trainee at Tata Steel, establishing a strong foundation in organisational processes and workforce development.
Anupam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, alongside a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
