Bhrigu Joshi has stepped into the Head of People & Culture role at SAP’s UK office. In a personal post, Joshi shared his excitement about relocating to London, marking the start of a new chapter in his professional and personal life.
Joshi leads the UK’s CXO team, driving key business priorities while executing SAP’s Global People Agenda. Before this appointment, he served as Head of People & Culture at SAP in Ireland, collaborating closely with senior leaders. He initially joined SAP in 2019 as Director of HRBP, Technology & Innovation, based in Bangalore.

His expertise spans HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and organisational development.
