With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Bijoy brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR, talent management, and organisational development to the role. His extensive leadership experience has seen him spearheading high-performing HR teams and implementing transformative systems that align with organisational objectives.

Prior to this appointment, Bijoy served as Head of HR & Learning at Elite Foods Pvt. Ltd. for nearly ten years. During his tenure, he led a series of impactful initiatives that enhanced talent acquisition, nurtured a positive organisational culture, and streamlined internal processes. His leadership in creating internal training teams, developing sales-focused learning programmes, and fostering a performance-driven environment contributed significantly to the reduction of employee attrition and the enhancement of sales performance. Additionally, Bijoy drove HR automation efforts, optimising functions such as salary processing and employee information systems.

Bijoy’s journey also includes a transformative role at Shivashakti Bio Technologies Ltd., where, as Senior GM of HR & Learning, he led the company through a pivotal transition from a family-run business to a professionally managed organisation. His leadership saw the overhaul of the company’s vision, values, and mission, alongside the implementation of a Leadership Development Programme in collaboration with a leading B-School. These initiatives resulted in notable improvements in employee productivity and leadership capabilities, cementing his reputation as a catalyst for organisational change.
Earlier in his career, Bijoy held significant positions at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, where he led leadership development and behavioural training programmes, and at NIS Sparta, where he managed business development, trainer management, and sales training. At NIS Sparta, he was instrumental in managing an international training project for BankMuscat, conducting training needs analysis and delivering programmes across the region.
In his new role at Nobel Hygiene, Bijoy is set to leverage his extensive expertise to enhance the company’s HR strategy. His focus will be on fostering talent development, driving organisational growth, and creating a high-performance culture that aligns with Nobel Hygiene’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence.
