Digital Engineering Services company Encora has appointed Nilanjan Roy as its Board of Directors with immediate effect. Roy has previously worked as the CFO for Infosys and Global CFO at Bharti Airtel.
Speaking on the appointment, Anand Birje, CEO of the company, said, “his extensive background in finance, combined with his experience in some of the best global brands in the tech and digital services industry, brings a unique strategic perspective to our leadership. Roy’s expertise will be invaluable as we scale Encora globally and build a mature sustainable growth culture.”
As a member of the board of directors, Nilanjan will support Encora’s growth by leveraging his expertise across finance, risk management, ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), and corporate governance.
The firm is based out of Santa Clara with 9000 employees across 17 countries, including 4500 in India.
