Tata Technologies recently announced Geena Binoy as its CHRO who will assume her duties from the 10th of September. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sector, Geena has been part of the Executive Leadership Team looking after the global delivery for Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES).
In her new role, she will be critical in shaping the HR strategies of Tata Technologies. She will emphasise the talent supply chain and fostering talent development which are crucial to the company’s pioneering growth objectives.
In the vehicle software sector, Geena will concentrate on creating an environment that attracts and engages the next generation of vehicle software engineers essential for propelling the company’s growth. She will develop the HR strategy to cultivate the culture and mindset necessary for Tata Technologies’ ambitious growth objectives, according to the statement.
Pawan Bhageria who currently serves as the President (Global HR, IT, Admin and Education) will pass on the baton to Geena and will redirect his efforts toward expanding the company’s education initiatives, according to a statement.
