Global organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry has appointed Gurprriet Siingh as Senior Partner, Consulting, in India, marking his return to the firm as it continues to expand its leadership advisory and organisational transformation capabilities in one of its most strategic markets.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Siingh has earned widespread recognition as a trusted counsellor to senior executives and organisations navigating periods of expansion, change and enterprise transformation. In announcing the appointment, Korn Ferry noted that he has built a “reputation as a trusted advisor to leaders and organisations, particularly in moments of growth, transition, and transformation”.
Prior to rejoining Korn Ferry, Siingh served as Managing Director at a leading global executive search firm. He had previously spent more than four years with Korn Ferry, where he played an instrumental role within the leadership team, advising clients on succession planning, talent strategy, organisational culture and top-team effectiveness.
Commenting on the appointment, Navnit Singh, Chairman and Regional Managing Director, Korn Ferry India, highlighted the growing importance of leadership effectiveness in driving business performance.

Reflecting on his return to the firm, Siingh underscored the critical role leadership plays in shaping organisational success.

Siingh holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, as well as a certification in Organisation Design from IIM Calcutta. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he serves on the Board of Directors of the School for Social Entrepreneurs India, reflecting his longstanding commitment to leadership development and social impact.
