Employers in Hyderabad, Delhi and Chennai plan to hire the most apprentices, according to the TeamLease Apprenticeship Outlook Report.
While Hyderabad and Delhi had also topped the list for hiring apprentices in the last quarter, Bengaluru, among the top three, has slipped out.
Hyderabad has 83% recruiting intent at the moment while the same is pegged at 82% for Delhi and Chennai was placed at 81%. Mumbai (77%) and Bengaluru (80%) are the two other cities with a high intent to hire. People receive training during an apprenticeship in any specialized field or organization.
A common outcome of the program is full-time employment for the apprentices, who are also paid during the exercise.
