Meenakshi Priyam has recently taken the helm of the recruitment division of Mahindra Group’s Automotive Division as the CHRO. Through an announcement via a LinkedIn post, she announced her journey with the Indian conglomerate giant which she began a little over a month ago after a four-year stint at Udaan.com as the Group CHRO.
She has over 22 years of experience starting as Deputy Manager at Axis Bank and rising through the ranks over the years while working for Watson Wyatt, Yes Bank, where she was among the first 50 employees, Johnson & Johnson Novartis, and GSK before her last organisation. She also holds a key leadership position in the DEI Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
Meenakshi is a post-graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur, where she holds an MBA in Human Resources.
