MG Balasubrahmanya has been elevated as the Director of Human Resources at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Before this new role, Balasubrahmanya served as the Executive Director of HR at HAL’s Corporate Office, according to an update from the company on Twitter.
With over 35 years of experience at HAL, Balasubrahmanya has made significant contributions across various areas of human resources, including industrial relations, legal affairs, training and development, corporate social responsibility, facility management, and vigilance.

The distinguished leader began his career at HAL as a management trainee in 1989. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the School of Social Work, Mangalore University, as well as a Law degree from Osmania University.
