Priya holds a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology and boasts 17 years of extensive experience in talent management and organisational development, bringing a wealth of knowledge to Plum. Throughout her career, Priya has demonstrated a strong commitment to effecting meaningful change. Her educational background highlighted significant societal gaps, inspiring her to attract and nurture talent to address these critical issues. Priya is particularly dedicated to the fields of education and health, two causes central to her work with esteemed non-profits such as The Akanksha Foundation, Teach For India, and The/Nudge Institute. Her involvement with these organisations has solidified her belief that the dynamics within an organisation are closely tied to how purposeful employees feel about their work and the sense of belonging they experience.
