Reflecting on his journey, Naithani shared his sentiment in a recent LinkedIn post: “As I reflect on my journey with Infogain, it feels like life has come full circle. Seven years ago, in Jan 2018, I embarked on this transformative journey, and now, in Jan 2025 (with 31 Jan as my last day), it is time to step into a new chapter.”
Naithani holds a Master’s degree in People and Organisational Development from the esteemed University of Sussex, further strengthening his credentials as a leader in the field.
