Ratan Chandan’s recent move into Coforge (formerly NIIT Technologies) has started a new chapter in his life as the company’s Group Head — Talent Acquisition. His appointment is in line with Coforge’s strategy to grow its workforce and access a wide range of talent.

A veteran with 14 years of experience his erstwhile organisations include Select Source International Pvt. Ltd., Artech India, AIG Business Solution, TALENT Software Services, Atotech group and Cognizant where he was working as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

He has completed his MBA in Human Resources Management in Personnel Management from the Singhania University
