Rishit Jhunjhunwala has been named the new CEO of Truecaller. The Swedish software company confirmed the announcement this week. Rihshit is also the chief of products for Truecaller and shall assume his new role on 9th of January, after the current chief executive Alan Mamedi steps down.
Jhunjhunwala has been with the company since 2015 and is also the managing director of company’s India division.
It was only recently that the co-founders Co-founders Alan Mamedi and Nami Zarringhalam announced that they shall step down from their operational duties starting June 30, 2025. However, the duo will continue guiding the company as its board members and advisors.
