His tenure there saw significant advancements in the hospital’s clinical offerings, particularly in specialisations such as cardiac care, orthopaedics, minimally invasive surgery, robotics, renal transplantation, and gastroenterology. Through his strategic direction, the hospital not only improved its clinical capabilities but also solidified its position in the highly competitive healthcare landscape, contributing to its sustainable business growth.
Bhamare’s extensive experience in strategy and operations was instrumental during his time at Apollo Hospitals. As a core member of the strategy team, he was deeply involved in shaping the company’s expansion plans, with a particular focus on growing services such as clinics, pharmacies, diagnostics, and homecare. His expertise in operational efficiency and business development was critical in driving profitability and optimising hospital performance across multiple locations.

His career also includes a notable stint at Motherhood, where he managed operations across India, overseeing the setup of new hospitals, driving expansion, and ensuring operational excellence. In addition to his work in hospital operations, Bhamare has significant experience in the medical technology sector. At Healthium Medtech Limited, he played an instrumental role in strategic marketing, including brand transition, stakeholder engagement, and international market expansion. His efforts contributed to the company’s long-term strategic vision and helped establish a strong foundation for future growth in the healthcare industry.
Earlier in his career, Bhamare honed his skills at Fortis Healthcare, where he worked as a Business Analyst and Executive Assistant to the Zonal Director.
