Cognizant has announced the appointment of Thirumala (Thiru) Arohi Mamunooru as its Chief Learning Officer. In this role, he will report directly to Kathy Diaz, Chief People Officer at Cognizant.
Thiru brings with him more than thirty years of distinguished experience, most recently as Executive Vice President and Head of Education, Training & Assessment, and Learning Platforms at Infosys. He has earned wide recognition for pioneering scalable learning ecosystems and advancing innovation in digital education. His earlier tenure in delivery leadership equips him with a distinctive business-oriented perspective on how learning fuels performance, organisational growth, and strategic transformation.
