Unilever Appoints Anuradha Razdan as the CHRO for Wellness and Beauty

Unilever Wellness and Beauty has found its new CHRO—Anuradha Razdan. Razdan was previously leading the FMCG firm Hindustan Unilever as the executive director and CHRO. She brings her years of M&A expertise from Unilever Prestige and has spearheaded the company’s Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand strategy.

Along with this career update, Anuradha has also been named the Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Unilever.

Expressing on this promotion, Anuradha wrote on LinkedIn, “I am starting a new role as CHRO, Beauty & Wellbeing, Unilever. Feel privileged to be a part of this incredible business that is home to some of the most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing and Prestige categories, serving consumers all over the world.”

Razdan was at Unilever’s London headquarters for six years. She started as the executive assistant to the former CHRO, served four years as vice president of HR for Home Care.
