Before joining IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance, she served as Senior Vice President and Head – Talent & Culture at Bandhan Life, where she led Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning and Culture initiatives.
Her career trajectory also spans key roles at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, GNC, Salto Dee Fe, Max Healthcare, Inductis (EXL), Max Life Insurance Company, and Knight Queen Group of Industries.
Vidhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources from Jagan Institute of Management Studies, emphasising her academic grounding in people management and organisational development.
