Biswajit Deb Joins ABB as People Leader – Talent Acquisition

Biswajit Deb has been appointed as People Leader – Talent Acquisition at ABB, the multinational electrical engineering corporation.

Before joining ABB, Deb was associated with AP Moller – Maersk as Talent Acquisition and Attraction Manager and Lead – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (GSC). His career also includes senior roles at Intas Pharmaceuticals, Adani Ports and SEZ, and Claris.

With 15 years of experience in human resources, Deb has worked extensively across learning and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR technology, and organisational development. He has played a key role in shaping people strategies for both Indian and global organisations.

Deb holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Gujarat University.
