Sanika Gokhale has been promoted to the role of Human Resource Leader at Procter & Gamble Health, effective October 1.
Gokhale currently serves as Director – Human Resources, ISC Talent Practice and AMA Equality & Inclusion at P&G. Since joining the company in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in advancing talent management and inclusion. She previously worked with the Kellogg Company.

An alumna of the Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, along with a Bachelor of Mass Media degree from Mumbai University.
She will succeed Anit Singh, who will step down from his role as Human Resource Leader on 30 September. Singh has been appointed Director – Human Resources, SK-II, Japan and Tokyo, according to a company statement.
