Prakriti has been associated with Bernstein since June 2024. Before assuming this role, she served as Vice President–HR, where she helped strengthen the firm’s people strategy and organisational framework.

Before joining Bernstein, Prakriti spent close to a decade at Morgan Stanley, where she most recently held the position of Vice President – Human Resource Business Partner, further sharpening her experience in managing complex workforce dynamics across global teams.
