GlobalLogic, the digital engineering powerhouse under the umbrella of the Hitachi Group, has announced the appointment of Kavitha Ramaiah as Director – People Development.
Ramaiah brings with her two decades of rich and varied experience across the human resources spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering and Organisational Development. Her career spans several global technology and services enterprises, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping people strategies and organisational capability.

Before joining GlobalLogic, Ramaiah served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Aspen Technology. Over the years, she has also held key roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Headstrong, Genisys Software and Wipro GE Healthcare.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen GlobalLogic’s focus on nurturing talent and advancing its people-centric growth agenda.
