Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles at HPCL-Mittal Energy, Astix, Ashok Leyland, Mylan, Zensar Technologies, Kennametal, and ITC, contributing significantly to people management practices across industries.
Gopalji holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
