Who we are
All Things Talent, an initiative by Naukri Hiring Suite, was started with the idea to build a knowledge platform that delves deeper into the vagaries of people, talent and culture. The vision here is to provide a forum for the decision-makers of the HR world to discuss key changes that can alter the employment models and experience forever. We bring valuable insights, data-driven content, research and more which can help talent professionals make informed decisions and create business impact.
Bruhadeeswaran R, Senior Manager, Editorial and Content (All Things Talent, Naukri Thought leadership initiative)
Bruhadees has over a decade of experience in journalism, primarily catering to the investment community. Previously, he was an Assistant Editor with VCCircle, where he tracked and interviewed marquee global investors like IFC (World Bank’s investment arm), CPPIB and CDC, to name a few. Prior to that, he worked with Mergermarket (now Acuris) and The Financial Express. He has also completed short-term projects with Business India magazine, Tehelka, The New Indian Express, The Ma Foi Foundation, actor Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International and Dhaka-based Grameen Bank.
Moumita Bhattacharjee, Senior Manager, Content (All Things Talent)
Moumita is an experienced content professional with 10+ years of experience in content creation, development, curation, management and dissemination. Moumita was earlier associated with HRKatha, an HR platform where she connected with several key decision makers in the industry for their opinion on relevant and trending topics. Previously, she worked with Zee Entertainment Enterprise, heading a 10-member team to create content for their entertainment portal. She has worked with Rajshri Media, Nimbus Communications and Rediff.
