Devender Gupta Joins Trident Group as Head of Human Resources and Employee Relations

Trident Group has announced the appointment of Devender Gupta as its new Head of Human Resources and Employee Relations.

With over 28 years of distinguished experience, Gupta has worked across multiple facets of human resources in the FMCG, food and manufacturing sectors.

Before joining Trident Group, he served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Haldiram Snacks Food. His career also includes an impressive 26-year tenure at Dabur India, where he began as a Management Trainee – HR in 1997 and rose to the position of Vice President – HR.

He holds an MBA in HR Management and Personnel Administration from the University Business School, Panjab University, and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur.
