In an important leadership update, Mishcon GCC has appointed Gunjan Dahiya as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources. Gunjan brings nearly 17 years of extensive experience in HR services, navigating the complex and dynamic environments of global capability centres, tech-IP asset management, life insurance, and the telecom sectors.
Before this role, Dahiya worked with Vodafone Idea, Bandhan Bank, and Clairvolex. In her statement regarding the appointment, she expressed, “After an enriching journey through various HR leadership roles, I am excited to step into a new phase of my career. I am proud to announce that I have joined Mishcon GCC as VP and Head of HR, where I will be shaping the people strategy, fostering a dynamic workplace culture, and driving talent excellence as we establish and expand the GCC in India.”
Dahiya is recognised for her ability to deliver results in challenging situations and has assisted organizations in building HR functions, scaling operations, and leading cultural transformations to create a people-first, high-impact workplace.
Before this appointment, Dahiya worked with Vodafone Idea, Bandhan Bank and Clairvolex.
