Birlasoft has appointed Priti Kataria as its new Chief People Officer, effective February 12. In this role, she will lead the development of Birlasoft’s employer brand and help drive an agile, people-focused organisational culture. Kataria’s experience spans 26 years in the IT industry, with a solid track record in global talent strategy, change management, and organisational transformation.
Before joining Birlasoft, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro Enterprise Futuring (WEF).
Kataria is also pursuing a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources at IIM Indore and holds a Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
