Technicolor Group has announced the appointment of Harshita Nair as its new Director of Marketing and Communications. In her role, Nair will oversee the company’s marketing strategies, internal and external communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives across India. Her leadership will be pivotal in strengthening Technicolor’s brand presence while driving efforts to attract top talent to the organisation.

Before joining Technicolor, Harshita held the position of Global Head — Sales Enablement and Competencies at Capgemini Engineering. There, she led the design and implementation of learning and development programmes for over 700 sales professionals, resulting in a significant upsurge in skilled talent within just two years. In previous roles, she also served as Associate Director – Strategic Communications at Subex and Manager – Corporate Communications at Quintiles India. At both organisations, Harshita spearheaded key initiatives in internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement, which led to marked improvements in key organisational metrics, including internal Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Glassdoor ratings.
Harshita holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication from the Manipal Institute of Communication, along with a PG Diploma in Business Administration from the Mount Carmel Institute of Management. Her academic foundation, combined with her practical expertise, equips her with a people-centric approach to leadership and communications.
