Kamesh Chaganti Takes Charge as Suzlon Group’s Head HR for South India

Suzlon Group, one of India’s foremost providers of renewable energy solutions, has announced the appointment of Kamesh Chaganti as Head of HR for its South India business.

Chaganti arrives at Suzlon with a substantial background in human resources and organisational strategy. Before taking up his new role, he served as Principal Consultant at KinnectHR, where he was involved in diverse talent management and advisory assignments.

His earlier career includes significant tenures at Zee Entertainment Enterprises, MAA, which operates under Star India, Zee Network, Tech Mahindra and Navya Engineers & Equipments. Across these positions, he contributed to workforce development, operational enhancement and large-scale HR initiatives.

Chaganti holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from Delhi University, adding academic strength to his extensive industry expertise.
