Nitu Bhushan has been appointed head of human resources at Nestlé India, the packaged foods maker announced in a filing with the BSE. Bhushan, who previously served as chief human resources officer at spirits maker Pernod Ricard, will assume charge of her new role with effect from March 2, 2026.
The appointment was facilitated by global management consulting and executive search firm Egon Zehnder International Ltd. Sources said the Nestlé India board was not involved in the search process.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Bhushan has held senior leadership roles across a range of industries, including assignments at Abbott, Mondelez and HSBC.
