Adani Enterprises recently announced the promotion of Kautilya Desai as its Chief People Officer, previously serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner since 2019.
Kautilya in his 23 years of professional experience has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry where he held key leadership roles including heavyweights like Vodafone and Reliance Industries. Before joining Adani he was working with Vodafone as the General Manager — Circle HR Business Partner.
He is an alumnus of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat.
