Motilal Oswal Financial Services plans to recruit 3,000-3,500 individuals across all functions in its retail and wholesale businesses in the next fiscal year, said chief HR officer Niren Srivastava, CHRO, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. The company will concentrate on aggressive hiring for its housing finance and private wealth segments.
