She brings with her a distinguished career shaped by senior roles across prominent global organisations. Before joining Crocs India, she served as Head of HR and Sustainability at Marks & Spencer Reliance India, where she contributed to cultural development and large-scale organisational initiatives. Her professional journey also includes key positions at Wiley, American Express, Walmart, ABN AMRO Bank NV and Tecnovate eSolutions.

Mukta began her career in 2000 as an Associate at HP and has since built a reputation for championing progressive people practices and strengthening workplace culture.
