Arvind Fashions Ltd has appointed Nitesh Kanchan as the new Chief Executive Officer of Arrow, the distinguished menswear label celebrated for its formal and workwear heritage. Nitesh will oversee the brand’s forthcoming phase of expansion across product innovation, brand elevation, digital transformation and omnichannel retail.
Confirming the leadership change, Amisha Jain, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind Fashions, remarked that Nitesh brings “a powerful blend of technical insight, commercial sharpness and digital expertise,” noting that his breadth of experience positions him to guide Arrow confidently through shifting consumer dynamics while advancing sustainable growth.

He formerly served as Chief Digital Officer at Arvind Fashions and has held prominent roles spanning digital commerce, brand stewardship and retail operations. His earlier appointments include CEO of Sephora India, COO of Arrow and senior positions within Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
In his new remit as Arrow’s CEO, Nitesh is set to fortify the brand’s formal and occasion wear proposition while accelerating its smart casual and lifestyle segments. His agenda prioritises refining product and design, enhancing customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints and deploying data-driven and digital capabilities to bolster long-term profitable growth.
