Acuity Knowledge Partners, a prominent global provider of business services, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Narasimhan SL as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Narasimhan will be based in Bengaluru and will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s HR and talent strategy.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Narasimhan will oversee various critical functions, including Human Resources, Training & Knowledge Management (TKM), Corporate Services, and Compliance teams. His leadership will focus on crafting a forward-thinking people and talent strategy that aligns with Acuity’s ambitious growth trajectory, including headcount expansion and the execution of strategic priorities across areas such as organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, technology adoption, and the professionalisation of its operations.
Narasimhan’s responsibilities will also include the global HR strategy and operations, which cover policy development, employee engagement, and organisational design. Ensuring smooth and efficient processes, as well as nurturing a thriving workplace culture, will be central to his role. Additionally, he will lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent, further bolstering the company’s ability to drive success.

With 25 years of experience in HR leadership, Narasimhan brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. Before joining Acuity Knowledge Partners, he served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at State Street, where he honed his expertise in managing diverse, high-performing teams on a global scale.
