CARS24, a leading auto tech platform, has appointed Neha Bhandari as its new Head of People & Culture. With extensive experience in human resources, Neha brings a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development. Her appointment, effective from November, marks an exciting milestone as CARS24 continues its growth and transformation.

Prior to joining CARS24, Neha was the Director of Human Resources at VMock, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s business goals. Throughout her career, she has worked across various industries, including IT, SaaS, and software, with experience at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and high-growth brands. Neha has expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, leadership coaching, organisational restructuring, and change management.
