BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 18 years of experience across global HR leadership roles—including her previous position as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India and earlier tenures at Alcatel Lucent, CSC and Aon Hewitt—Khanna is set to lead BharatPe’s people strategy.
In her new role, Khanna will focus on building a performance-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities and driving organisation-wide transformation to support BharatPe’s growth ambitions.
