Prakriti R Singh Steps Up as Director of Human Resources at Bernstein

Bernstein, a global equity research and brokerage firm, has announced the elevation of Prakriti R Singh to the position of Director–Human Resources, marking a significant step in her professional journey with the organisation.

Prakriti has been associated with Bernstein since June 2024. Before assuming this role, she served as Vice President–HR, where she helped strengthen the firm’s people strategy and organisational framework.

With nearly 12 years of experience in human resources, Prakriti brings a wealth of expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, and HR leadership within the financial services sector.

Before joining Bernstein, Prakriti spent close to a decade at Morgan Stanley, where she most recently held the position of Vice President – Human Resource Business Partner, further sharpening her experience in managing complex workforce dynamics across global teams.
