Sinha brings with her over 18 years of extensive experience at TCS. Prior to this appointment, she served as the HR Head for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Business Units, where she played a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy across one of the company’s largest verticals.
An accomplished HR professional, Sinha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialisation in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Development & Research, Pune. Her elevation underscores TCS’s focus on strengthening leadership and talent development within its rapidly expanding cyber security practice.
