Sareeta Bhatikar Named Chief Human Resources Officer at Jio-bp

Jio-bp has announced the appointment of Sareeta Bhatikar as its Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership bench amid ongoing organisational expansion.

Sareeta brings more than 23 years of extensive experience across human resources strategy, organisational development and talent transformation within diverse industry segments.

Before joining Jio-bp, she served as Head of Human Resources at HDFC Life, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategy and driving workforce initiatives aligned with business growth.

Her professional journey also spans leadership roles across several prominent organisations, including Cipla, Vodafone, Maersk Line, Unilever and Larsen & Toubro Infotech, underscoring her cross-sector expertise.

Sareeta holds a Master’s in Management Studies (Human Resources) from Welingkar Institute of Management, further complementing her strong professional credentials.

Her appointment is expected to support Jio-bp’s evolving people agenda as the organisation continues to scale operations and enhance workforce capabilities across its national footprint.
