Over the course of his career, he has held pivotal roles across organisations, including Supertech, MBD Group, Hospitality Services India, IRPPL, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India, in addition to his tenure at Biodeal Pharmaceuticals.
Parag holds a Master of Social Work degree from Pt Ravishankar Shukla University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from DAV Institute of Management. His academic grounding, combined with decades of practical experience, is expected to contribute significantly to Alde Medi Impex’s human capital strategy and organisational growth trajectory.
