Satish Kannan takes on the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief People Officer for Bounteous x Accolite’s EMEA and APAC regions, further strengthening the company’s leadership in end-to-end digital transformation services. In his new role, Satish will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to foster a people-first culture, enhancing the experience of over 4,000 employees across these regions. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing the company’s vision of becoming the employer of choice, ensuring the growth and development of its talent pool.
Satish joins Bounteous x Accolite from Infosys, where he spent over 15 years as Vice President and Head of HR for Global Markets & EMEA. There, he led a team of 40+ HR professionals across 25 countries, supporting a diverse, international workforce. Satish has also held several HR leadership roles at Infosys, focusing on APAC, business/technology units, and Infosys Consulting. Prior to Infosys, he served as Regional Head HR for Greater China/APAC at Tech Mahindra.
Satish’s career spans over 25 years and is built on a foundation of strategic HR leadership and a proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives. His expertise includes building capabilities for global markets, integrating acquired talent, supporting sales organisations, and optimising HR operations to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
