Sudhir Sharma has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Group HR at Adani Enterprises. His appointment has been confirmed by the group in an official announcement. Sharma is a recognised name in the HR world with more than two decades of expertise in overseeing recruitment strategies and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Before joining Adani Enterprises, Sharma held leadership roles at prominent organisations including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capgemini, and Randstad Sourceright.
Confirming his appointment, the HR visionary wrote, “After nearly five unforgettable years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, filled with incredible learning, collaboration, and a fair share of hiring marathons, it’s time to turn the page. I’m excited to announce my next professional quest as Head Talent Acquisition, Group HR at Adani Group!!”
