Sharma is a recognised name in the HR world with more than two decades of expertise in overseeing recruitment strategies and supporting the company's growth objectives. Before joining Adani Enterprises, Sharma held leadership roles at prominent organisations including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capgemini, and Randstad Sourceright.
Confirming his appointment, the HR visionary wrote, "After nearly five unforgettable years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, filled with incredible learning, collaboration, and a fair share of hiring marathons, it’s time to turn the page.
