Britannia Industries has appointed Srinivas Maruthi Patnam as Vice President – Human Resources, with effect from May 16.
PM Srinivas will join Britannia Industries as Vice President - Human Resources (Designate) on April 21.
He will assume the office of VP - HR of the company on May 16, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.

Srinivas will replace Ritesh Rana, who has submitted his resignation from the post of VP - HR, Britannia Industries, to pursue an external opportunity.
Rana will be relieved from the services of the company with effect from the close of business hours on May 15, 2026.
Srinivas brings nearly 26 years of leadership experience across Procter & Gamble and Gillette, with deep expertise in strategic HR, talent stewardship, and organisational transformation. He most recently served as Vice President and HR Head for Procter & Gamble’s India business, a role he held for eight years.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Srinivas holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
