Earlier this week Ecom Express announced Skashi Mor as their new CHRO. Assuming her duties from September 2nd onwards, Swati takes over her responsibilities from her erstwhile company Bharti Airtel where she served as Senior VP and HR Head of Airtel Digital, Product and Engineering.
She comes with 16 years of experience in the field of people management starting her career with Britannia Industries following which she was part of HT Media before joining Airtel, an organisation where she worked for 12 years.

The MD and CEO of Ecom Express, Ajay Chitkara expressed his enthusiasm in welcoming Swati into the leadership team.
